Myofascial Cupping

Where most other forms of massage use downwards pressure, this technique lifts and separates tissue using flexible medical-grade silicone cups.

Trigger Point Dry Needling

Trigger point dry needling (TDN) is a treatment technique that uses small filament type needles to release tight muscles with the goal of permanently reducing muscle pain and dysfunction.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology tape is a type of elastic therapeutic tape designed to provide support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting motion. RockTape is commonly used by athletes, both professional and recreational,

to aid in injury prevention, reduce pain, and improve performance.

Scar Tissue Release

This is an innovative and successful method of scar tissue treatment. Long lasting results are obtained in many, many cases of post surgical and trauma wound scars – even if the scar is decades old. It is quick, painless and truly amazing in its efficacy.

Postural Analysis

Your posture provides much information regarding the natural state of the body's tissues. Through postural analysis it is possible to determine which areas of their body are under more strain than others, and which muscle groups are causing this strain.

Before seeing Regan I had a lot of shoulder stiffness and lower back pain. I had been under a lot of stress which flared it up and also affected other areas like my mood and sleep.

I had 1 treatment of Bowen Therapy
which Regan just made small adjustments at various points on my body. The session was quick, relaxing, not painful and extremely effective.

Regan rebalanced my body and settled my shoulder and my back pain. I also slept a lot better after that and as a result I was much happier!

The following week I had a dry needling session on my shoulder which gave it instant relief.
